Mystery Girl 4

Another mystery from the depths of the archive. This was from a random collection back in the day. Can show no other light on it. I am guessing she ended up in one of the girlie mags of the 60s (black and white so more than likely from that time). Who knows, she may be from abroad. But she ticks all the ToCo boxes.
